YZDAHENG Statement on Conflict Minerals

Yangzhou Daheng Electric Technology Co., Ltd (Hereinafter referred to as DAHENG) is committed to global social responsibility and implements ethical procurement to pro mote sustainable development of the supply chain.

Conflict minerals are designated for those minerals of tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold (3TGs) which originated in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) or adjoining countries, the profits from the sale of which allegedly finance continued armed conflicts in these countries. DAHENG takes this issue very seriously and takes actions to address it.

The issue of conflict minerals is well known in the power and other industries and is extremely complex. Resolution will require the commitment and cooperation of businesses, governments and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). DAHENG does not procure nor support the use of conflict minerals. DAHENG requires all suppliers not to procure conflict minerals. DAHENG also asks suppliers to cascade this requirement to sub-tier suppliers.

DAHENG continuously supports industry collaboration to address supply chain social responsibility issues. We continue to participate in the efforts with customers and suppliers to seek a sustainable solution to conflict minerals issue.
